Our office has been providing mistreated and injured workers access to justice and protection of their rights for nearly 30 years. We work with clients in El Paso and west of the Pecos River, and provide legal services in both English and Spanish. Whether you are a citizen of the United States, a visiting worker or an undocumented worker, as employees of a U.S. company, you have the same rights and the same access to justice as everyone else when your employer mistreats you.
